MPU4D is the NEW model with an exclusive Touch Screen Panel for the total control of all functions in the prestressing operations: calibration, oil
preheat , selection of jack, selection of load and other functions. SuperSeleCT is the exclusive patented system CONTAC that guarantees the check of the prestressing force developed by the stressing jack, thanks to a dynamometrical group integrated to the stressing jack which manages also the hydraulic working of the oil pump unit. The check of the force developed by the stressing jack is independently from the circuit pressure and then from the hydraulic efficiency, and guarantees the maximum precision in every prestressing condition.
This system is integrated in the HPJ stressing jacks and becomes an important work system, which guarantees the complete precision and safety in the prestressing operations. It can be integrated with the system of electronical managing and programming for the memorization and the data tabulation about the prestressings.
SuperSeleCT-HPC represents an important evolution in the operative way and in the checking of the prestressing efficiency and it guarantees the largest reliability in the productive procedures of the prefabrication. After the prestressing operation, automatically done with the selection of the special function foreseen in the prestressing unit SuperSeleCT, the HPC system allows to record the elongation of each strand after the total prestressing; the recording is then transferred, also in radio broadcast, to the PC to obtain the report that certifies the prestressing operations done: time and date, product identification, programmed loads, actual loads and elongations of each prestressed strand, total load applied on the track, etc.; the system, by appropriate recording sensors, controls the hydraulic circuit and stores the stroke of the jack, even in succession, causing the value of elongation that the prestressed strand has been subjected. MiniHPE is a lightweight portable model suitable to perform restore operations with detension on site.
